Here are the basic safety requirements to consider:

Equipment certification: all elevator components must comply with international and local quality and safety standards and have the appropriate certificates.

Design: must be carried out by qualified professionals, taking into account all factors, including load, type of building and number of floors.

Installation: must be carried out by specialized companies that are licensed and experienced in installing elevator equipment.

Safety testing: after installation, comprehensive testing must be carried out, including checking the operation of all control and safety systems.

Regular inspections: elevators must undergo regular technical inspections and preventive maintenance in accordance with established standards.

Safety systems: elevators must be equipped with modern safety systems, such as emergency brakes, emergency communication systems and overload sensors.

Installation of elevator equipment can be divided into several stages, namely:

I stage – the technical task for the construction of the elevator shaft (performed by the construction company).
II stage – ordering of elevator equipment. At this stage we can only give our recommendations, the choice of equipment is made by the construction company and the future owners of the equipment.
III stage – installation and adjustment of the elevator. Performed by our specialists following the technical documentation of the elevator passport.
IV stage – initial examination, putting into commission of the elevator in the Southern Interregional Department of the State Labor Service. It is also performed by our company’s employees together with a technical expert and inspector of the department.
After installation and commissioning, our company transfers the registered passports to the owner of the elevator, after that the owner of the elevator equipment can continue cooperation by signing a contract for maintenance of elevators.
