- mobile version: vertical platforms – they are used mainly at train stations and airports, as they assist in moving the wheelchair from the boarding platform to the passenger cabin of the vehicle; tracked platforms – they are used to climb stairs, but, in this case, the elevator must be operated by an attendant.
